Returns & Cancellations
Refunds: If you are not 100% happy with your wine purchase for any reason, please contact us immediately. No refunds are offered if you are dissatisfied or simply change your mind about the purchase.
Returns: If you receive wine which is faulty, we will replace it upon return for analysis. Farmer’s Leap will ask for the item to be taken to the nearest Post Office accompanied by a Post Return label, provided by Farmer’s Leap. Wine should be returned in the original box and packed to avoid breakage in transit back to Farmer’s Leap
Breakages: If a case of wine is received with one or more broken bottles, please do not accept delivery of the item from the courier. If the breakage is not discovered before delivery, Farmer’s Leap will send replacement bottles if you so notify us within 30 days of the date of the invoice.
